Over 5-6 sessions, we’ll gently explore and reframe the stories and patterns held in your subconscious.

This is a deeply consent-based process. You’re always in control, and you’ll never be asked to revisit anything you’re not ready for.

I’ll equip you with self-hypnosis practices you can use in your daily life to sustain and deepen the work we do together.
