Take the BEDROOM BLUEPRINT™ quiz

I can’t wait to show you how easy it is to change a ho-hum relationship into something exciting so that you, too, can experience the love, passion, and connection you deserve.

Almost all couples go through phases when they're not as intimate as they could be. I coach people to solve very simple problems so that they can connect and feel excited about their relationship again.

It's tough to live without physical closeness, touch or connection. You want a passionate relationship - not just a functional but unsatisfying friendship.

The problem is, when you think about your options it's hard to imagine anything that might help. You undoubtedly feel hurt and misunderstood - even if your partner is a great person.

You might be looking at the challenge of a breakup or divorce. Is it worth it to stay committed?

Let's Talk.

You know you want to want it, but sometimes it seems impossible to get there. How can you feel desire and change your relationship, even in the middle of a “too-busy” life?
We’ve been raised in a culture that causes us to feel embarrassed and ashamed about ourselves as sexual people. You may be struggling with thoughts that tell you it’s not okay to be who you are, sexually. How can you let go of those intrusive thoughts so that you can connect with your partner, and with yourself, with authenticity and pleasure?
When you don’t feel good about your performance, it’s hard to feel comfortable offering to connect with another person. You’ve been socialized to think that you need to be a certain way in order to be acceptable as a sexual partner. How can you let go of these kinds of expectations so that sex starts being a pleasure rather than something that gives you a lot of anxiety?
When your partner cheats on you, it may seem impossible to recover. It’s like your whole life has been destroyed, just with that one thing that happened, or maybe it happened over and over. You don’t have any way to get past this horrible crisis. Or maybe you are the person who cheated and you want to figure out how to mend things with yourself and with your partner. There are simple steps to start healing and creating trust again.
Being in a LGBTQ+ relationship in our society can be challenging. Sometimes you find that the advice therapists and other professionals give you, are completely off-base. Sometimes you are working through your own concerns about the polarity and power dynamics in your relationship and other people don’t seem to understand. Your LGBTQ+ relationship is a container for growth that you cherish and want to transform. If that sounds like you, call me.
Your sex life is amazing and you’re so grateful that it is. But you’re wondering if there might be something more. If it’s this good now, and you’ve never really worked on it, what could happen if you stepped into transformation with your partner? How might you expand even more in your intimate connect and in pleasure? I’d love to help you with that.
You’ve thought about opening your relationship but you’re scared out of your mind that it may ruin everything. You know that this is something that is on your mind and that it is a turn-on in some ways and also makes you feel uncomfortable. Or maybe your partner is desiring an open relationship and you know that you need support for that because you don’t have the skills to navigate the challenges of an open relationship right now. I would be honored to help you have this conversation with your partner.
Power struggles are at the core of many sexual concerns. How can you learn to submit to each other and to accept each other as who you are, when you are busy guarding yourself and maybe your ego, from your partner overrunning you? It’s like you’re in a constant tug-of-war. Looking at power struggles in your relationship will help you find pleasure and intimacy in a way that you have never experienced it.
