 I can’t hear.
I figured that out last Memorial Day at a workshop. My friend Kim Keller led a group of women in exploration about who we are as sexual beings. It was delicious, powerful, and transformational. We cried and hugged and shared all sorts of wonderful feelings. And I realized that I couldn’t hear what women on the other side of the circle were saying.

 I’m back on my mat. As I told you last week, Guatemala was wonderful! One of the best things about my trip with Jim was getting back on our yoga mats. Gotta admit that it’d been a hot second (like 6 months) since I regularly practiced yoga. And this was a beautiful yoga retreat in a lovely space with an inspirational teacher - PJ Frichtman. What’s a girl to do?
